How do you contain landscape in a grid using print and etching techniques?  or can you successfully contain a landscape using a grid? 

- to convert a natural landscape of an abstract construct using print and etching techniques.

- source material are two fold, first the initial idea and all that goes with it, second taking an abstract of a painting that has already translated the idea and recreating it in print.
- prints are monochrome? the negative of the paintings which are overly full of colour.
- monochrome further abstracts them from the original visuals o0f the real.
